Wearable technology is growing at a tremendous pace. We can find it in the watches, medical devices, and even in baby toys! Aim of this program is to introduce teens to the basic concepts of wearable technology and advance further. Some of the wearable microcontrollers include Lilypad, Circuit Playground, Gemma.

LIGHT THE ORIGAMI

Learn about paper circuits and create your own beautiful holiday Ornaments

This creative program will allow the children to create their own glowing paper ornaments using origami techniques, paper cutting, and paper circuitry. The students will learn how to create a paper ornament and how to create a paper circuit to light up their ornament. The students will get to take home their work, including the LEDs!
